AFAIK all 485 filings have to be sent to NSC. Also, does one need to attach the original I-140 approval with I-485 or a copy of it will suffice?

I know a lot of people might have suggested you different things for your well being.I would really like to suggest to please try Ramdev's yoga.If possible plan a trip to India and attend a camp.Several thousand people with chronic illnesses for which medical science had apparently no cure,have fully recovered .I would really suggest you to try:http://divyayoga.com/main.htm

Received CPO mail today, for both myself and my spouse - Aug 26th @ 4:30pm. Here are the details -
EB2-I
EAD Renewal - Receipt Date - Jul 8th, 2008
Notice Date - Jul 9th, 2008
CPO E-mail - Aug 26th, 2008
Total processing time - 49 days
Don't know if it's one or two years validity. Will post once I receive the physical cards.

File a BBB case..but make sure you are absolutely sure Company is at fault...if its just money..
i guess u have to take a "hit".. but if they have violated ur rights in any way..u should pursue all possible options of getting justice.
is that a desi consultant!
I think we need to create a site of all desi consultants and rate them.. discretely.;-)

Is it legal? There could be a law written in the 1800s that bans something like this. Please confirm. Things like burning stuff have a tendency to go out of hand and create larger problems. IMHO, more peaceful means would be better.

My wife and I just got receipts for our I-485, I-140, AP and EAD. The "received date" is July 7 and the "Notice Date" is September 13. I also confirmed that the checks were cashed.
I remember my attorney saying that the applications were filed at NSC but somehow my receipts came from VSC. And this morning I receive an update that my I-485 has been transferred to TSC! Here is the detail:
"On September 20, 2007, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER
PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer".

Hi,
I got my EAD today...Even i received my EAD also...Mine is sent to NSC on july 2nd...I received EAD's from Texas Center...I think my application was transferred to Texas...I have approved I-140 from Texas...Are receipt numbers for EAD, 485, AP are in serial? I haven't received receipts yet...I filled G-28...my attorney did not receive my receipts...I don't know what is going on...
